can you help me solve my xbox 360 problems?

O.k this may fix them.
Go to you tube and type in “xbox 360 towel trick”
it will show you how to do the towel trick which will save your xbox 360′s life.
Switching to the ps3 will be a down grade.

1. how often does it freeze??
if it only freezes after about 3 hours of play it simply is overheating.
If the Xbox is kept on a closed shelf take it out if u play fro more than 1 or 2 hours2. You can send the Xbox of to microsoft where they will fix it and get you a free game or sumthing like that for the troubles.

well if it is still in it’s warranty you could go on xbox.com and tell them it is a faulty console and they should send you a replacement

If it freezes after 15 minutes and it is in the open, then its a faulty xbox. You can go to xbox.com and send it to microsoft, they will fix it and send it back to you in like a week or two.
