This usually happens when there is a loose cable and when a power failure happens like when someone turns off your breaker or your power goes out. This is nothing to worry about. This has happened to me once after i got my 360 fixed but i just turned it back on, it happened because i accidently turned off my little cable that you can hook like 5 cords in like a clock,tv, 360 etc</description>
