worked great!! didnt even need to overheat it.
used screws and washers from lowes. screw part# 138433. nylon washers on circuit board sides and steel washers on top of those no nuts. screw right into heatsink from underside. and I did clean old heat paste thoroughly. -

@tevinrox the 1 red light is fixable also first try to take out your HDD and shake it a little this will fix it but just for a little time…if you want to fix permenatly just search a guide on youtube…

isnt ventilated enough. If you know that your console is well ventilated then
this can be fixed by breaking the circuit of the CPU temperature sensor on the
Motherboard.” this is from an article I read.. -

@sonusethi07 jasper motherboard can have the rrod but not so easy as the old motherboards because it doesnt use too much power so the temperature doesnt increases too much..you have less chances to happen..(sory 4 bad english)

@spiderboss For short he lacks intelligence and is a virgin so he argues about consoles on the internet since his life sucks that bad. If his life was good however he wouldn’t care about the console wars and would just play the games and have fun like the rest of us.
