can u fix it wen a disk is in the drive i cnt open mine and i got RRoD if i try this will it brake the disk in any way ??

I got the same 3 Red Light problem but I haven’t really got the guts to take it apart and attempt to fix it so I called Microsoft to see if they could fix it. My guarantee was expired so to fix it costs 200 and roughly 2 months to get it back. It seems pointless, especially cos the price of Xbox 360 is just slightly more than that so might aswell get it new. If you still got guarantee then i’de give it a ahot, but you’ll probably have to wait for a while.

Ehmm.. Havent u heard what the xbox team can do?
U send the xbox in to xbox(Visit their homepage) for free and you will get it repaird for free.. =) Simple as that!

1-800-4 myxbox will fix this problem free of charge the only problem is it takes about 3 weeks but if you do this and you call them and they accept it they will see you have done this and deny you free fixing it has happened to me twice so i would suggest you just call it in It is free

@Hatred2Soul yeah i only have one too. I thought that when it overheats it was 1 but i must be mistaken. Also i have gotten the 1 single red lite twice.
