I am sending it in to Microsoft to have a disk drive repaired but they will only fix it for free if I have the ring of death, as my warranty is expired. Otherwise I would have to pay $94.00 dollars for them to fix their faulty system which is pretty ridiculous in my opinion.

Most common is an overheating fault, so leave it somewhere hot and leave it on for a long time.

leave it on in a small enclosed space for a long time. DONT open up the xbox, if they see that they will send it back and not fix it.
