Hi, I’ve fixed a few Xbox 360′s with red rings recently performing the x-clamp fix, but recently on the last xbox that I did the x-clamp fix on, it didn’t work. You know how usually the fan runs even when the xbox red rings (3 lights), well after I did the fix, nothing worked except the power button flashing 3 red lights. Did I do something wrong during the fix that could have caused this problem? Would it still be an overheating issue? Oh and another thing that happens that I should say, is that when I first turn on the xbox 360, it makes like a 1 second buzzing noise then the 3 red rings start flashing. If you know how to solve my problem please feel free to do so otherwise please don’t answer my question telling me to- not perform the fix, send it back to microsoft, or any other random crap. I need this problem solved as soon as possible. Thanks, Josh.
