if u still have warrenty give it bak to the store. or go to costco and day u lost ur receipt and they will replace ur 360

The only way to get rid of it without voiding the warranty is to call xbox at 18004MYXBOX and get them to send you a box to ship the xbox back in. It usually takes about 2 weeks and they repair it and send it back and if the xbox is less than a year old it is free. They will also send you 30 days free of xbox live.
