if you do the xclamp fix for both cpu and gpu then turn it on with no fans and turn it on for about 20-30mins and let it overheat then turn it of and let it cool for about 20mins than turn it back on and it should be all good…oh dont forget to plug that fans back in..LOL

take both heatsinks off, remove the thermsl paste. get arctic silver 5 thermal compound, i got mine at radioshack. get nylon and stell washers and bolts, titen the bolts down very tigt then when you turn on the console 3 rings should come up. then turn off console, put fan so it’s on CPu heatsink not GPU heatsink, overheat GPU for 20 min. and cool for 20 min. work like new when you turn it on, look up XBOX360FIx on youtube and first on.

WHAT NOT TO DO!!
YOU WILL BRICK IT BY RUSHING THROUGH IT LIKE THAT!
ESD STATIC DISCHARGE WILL HIT YOUR CHIPS WITHOUT YOU EVEN KNOWING AND THEN YOUR GEAR WILL START TO ACT UP AND LATER FAIL PERMANENTLY (MINUTES TO WEEKS LATER)! (( NO JOKE! ))
+ YOU NEED TO KEEP YOURSELF GROUNDED USING AN ANTI-STATIC WRISTBAND AND ESD SAFE WORK BENCH/TABLE.
(( NO CARPETS ALLOWED! )) BRING IT TO THE PROS!
I went to these guys. They do Electronic repairs… Google
