I have the same problem with mine and I have found that it was caused by a low battery. I never had problems at first, but after a while the same thing happend. If you leave it plugged in to the charger all the time the problem should cease and it should run for a solid fifteen minutes for each use. I dont know if a few of them just have bad batteries or if they wear out quickly. Good luck.
