Hey, I’m having problems connecting to Xbox Live everytime I do it says DNS failed. I’m connected directly to my computer (NOT MODEM) via ethernet cable and my computer has a wireless connection. I’ve tried bridging the connections and sharing them, but that hasn’t worked. Both times it says DNS failed.

Any help here?
My internet works fine with or without the ethernet cable in and when the bridged/shared connections are intact.
