The problem is that my xbox 360 is not showing any video on the TV and the fan gets extremely loud and fast in less than 30 seconds. Even though I cant see the screen, I can move around on the dashboard and still hear it on the TV. But after about 20 seconds or so I cant hear anything moving on the dashboard so the console obviously froze. My guess is that it is overheating.. but why is there no video?

I will be as specific as possible. The cord that connects to the TV is working fine, power cord is working (the light is green still), the lights on the Xbox are all green still, the TV is working and is set to the correct mode, the fan in the Xbox is working fine, there is not any dust buildup in the heat sink.

Please help if you know what is wrong. And no I don’t have warranty anymore… so sending it to Microsoft would cost almost as much as it is worth.
The video issue has been resolved but it still freezes after about 1 minute or so and the fan goes extremely fast when it freezes… must be overheating.
Ok I fixed it finally. I had to practically take it completely apart and replace the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU as well as modify the motherboard so that the problem does not happen again.
