My 360 broke down with the 3 red lights on March (My 3 year warranty still not expired) I called in to get it repaired. Apparently it was already registered to the previous owner, I asked how long I had before my warranty expires. He answers with a “Oh, a few months, I guess”, it took me a month to get contact to the person, but I got his info. I call back to transfer the 360 to mine, and when I do, the customer service guy goes “Your warranty expires a week ago, but I’ll still transfer your information” My info didnt get transferred either. After that, I called several times a week for a month given empty promises of them shipping me shipping labels (It was shown online, but I never got any through the mail), transferring registration, emailing labels, etc. Until yesterday, I just started raging at the guy giving me the same crap. Now I checked my account today. It seems the info got transferred over, and apparently it was.

I checked my 3 year expired console, and I just wanted to see what the price of the RRoD repair was. So I checked it off, and when i scrolled to the bottom, it said $0.00. I clicked process repair, and I was given a shipping label. Is this right? Will I lose my xbox if I send it? Does it always say $0 for your 360 RRoD, even if it is expired, and they will charge me for $99?
