I don’t think this will work for everyone but this is the easiest way to fix the 3 red lights and e74. Get 2 small sticks (ex:q tips) put them in where the fans are to stop them. Wait for the xbox to overheat to get the 2 red lights. This should take 5-10 minutes. Then let the xbox cool for another 10-15 minutes. Tell me if this works for you.
