  • xbox 360 video problem?

    • I’ll bet it’s an orientation problem with the way you’ve hooked up the wires.
      The Xbox360 comes with multiple wires for standard video, stereo audio, and HDMI video.
      The audio is obviously red and white, the standard video is yellow and the HDMI is green blue and purple I think.
      It’s easy to confuse those three colors in dim light.
      You have to hook up only the yellow or only the three HDMI wires for your video. If both are hooked up things won’t work right.
      Also, because you unhooked it, you may need to tell your tv where to find the signal again.
      Also you may need to check the connection at the back of the xbox to make sure it isn’t pulled out slightly.

      I doubt anything is wrong with any of the physical components from a simple change. And hooking the wires up wrong won’t cause damage.
