    • Milwaukees Best

yes if the warranty is still good depends on what service warranty you got and it would probably take a few weeks

    • Easiest way to find out is call
      1-800-4-myxbox

can’t hurt to ask ‘em right?

    • My 360 crapped out nearly a year after purchasing it, I sent it in, keeping HDD with me, it took about 2 months, I actually ended up buying a new one before they sent back one that wasn’t broken, this is frequent problem in 360s, this was my experience with it, just be sure to keep your HDD so there is no risking them losing it and you having to start over.

All malfunctions are guarantee for 1 year except for the ring of death. If you can prove that you’ve had it for less than a year (either with a receipt or registration of your 360), then MS will fix it for free. It normally takes about 2 to 4 weeks to get your 360 back. In some rare cases, it may take as little as 1 week or as long as several months.

    • Well my 360 broke right when Halo 3 came out the first day so I sent it in it took them over 2 mouths to send it back I say go to the place where you got it if you got it at Best Buy you can ask them for a 2 year waranty for you Xbox 360 it would cost about 60 $ but hey its better than wait 2 mouths. Also take you Hardrive off before sending it in hafe the time they forget to put it on your new Xbox 360! my friend broke his Xbox 360 and had a 120GB HDD and when he got his 360 back he had a 20 which is really only 8GB after you do the stupied update
