  I dont have a xbox but maybe it could be that you play too long,if you play too long on the Ps2(i have a ps2 n ps3)if you play like 5hours without turning the ps2 off you wil melt the thing that reads your disks,you cant play a game and you had that with your first ps2

  Ditch the xbox, xbox360, etc. If you want to game, get yourself a custom built computer.

  btw my name was rs tips stupidest name ever it just died yesterday so i take that whole thing back on page 2nd my xbox doesnt work…. giving it to them pray to god they dont bash it up!

  just got mine this yea and im hoping it doesnt fuck off, a 2 year span is terrible life. If you look at PS2s Xbox GC even fucking NES ffs have a longer lifespan

  1 Thing microsoft are stupid enough to do. the xbox360 hardrive is installed into the best place to put a fan. -.- This is what happens when they rush one out. I dont understand why people are pissed at the customer support i sent mine in got it returned in under 2 weeks its worked perfectly for a year now.

  I currently own the arcade version, and as far as I know, it does have the new falcon chipset and heatsinks. It keeps really cool compared to the other one.

  Hi, I’m the guy from the Rammstein video.

  It was horrible. I and my girlfriend had the same problem that you have. Ok, here’s what I have done:

  1st. I called that Xbox repair guy and he said: “You’ll get the E-mail with the sticker within 24 hours”. I didn’t get them.

  2nd. I called them again. This time everything worked fine (at least I thought so)
  and, I got my XBOX 360 back, and it was still not working. >:(

  3rd. I bought a new one and we are now happy again.

  First of all what is the arcade version and second of all my cuz bought 1 and that didnt worked sended it in and then it broke again then he got another one from them and it did not work again so he bought one and it works. XD what im trying to get out of this is the xbox 360 support sucks i have one and it works find for me

  ok well..in my own personal opinion…that is…if you haven’t taken action just yet…then I would recommend sending it in, I sent mine in…ya it does take a bit but it came with a free month of xbox live (or at least mine did) and hasn’t messed up or even failed on me once (except one time but that was my fault…was in a room with like no air and hot as hell…) it looks as if they took my original xbox and actually fixed it, that may not always be the case but that is what happened in mine.

  Let me say that again that was horrible lol I think those storys about people getting bad xboxs back isnt true all my firends who have turned theres in have gotten them back fixed but you chould be right on that so good luck with it.

  Thanks for the comments, guys. I plan to buy a new one here shortly, an Arcade version. It just has the console and it’s only 200$, so it’ll be good enough for me. I got all the other crap I need already. Lol.

  ok here is what you do
  unplug ur 360
  turn it on its side not straight up and down
  set it by a window and open the window
  set it on something that allow both of the sides get air comming in
  1 week and it will work fine with no freezes
  thats what i did and it works perfectly now
